Took a fledgling social media presence and made it purposeful while creating metrics that defined success and adapted to algorithm changes. Increased social audiences by more than 400% and more than tripled engagement rates.

Presented in classes that had social media components — not only taught students best practices, but also taught about the evolution of human communication in classes like Within the Revolution: Art, Media, and the Built Environment and Social Media and the Selfie
Served as an internal consultant on social media strategy and best practices throughout the organization (examples: President’s Office, Office of Intercultural Affairs, and Development and Alumni Relations)
Media
Identified, pitched, prepped, and supported faculty and leadership for media requests. Worked with our national PR firm to get faculty pieces placed in publications such as Salon, Fortune, Washington Post, and The New York Times.
